What's the charge for TTY calls?

Local calls using a GoAmerica CRS operator are free of charge. Calls outside your local calling area, outside the state of California or overseas, are billed at the rate charged by the long distance carrier you have chosen for your phone and/or TTY.

Can I make Directory Assistance calls using my TTY?

Yes. Simply contact a GoAmerica Relay Operator and let them know you want to place a directory assistance call. Keep in mind that your local phone company may charge you a fee for this service.
