HANDS ON VIDEO RELAY SERVICES

Hands On Video Relay Services allows you to communicate with anyone you want to, in American Sign Language (ASL). Through the use of a video interpreter, you can sign your message to the person you are calling and the video interpreter will communicate to the standard phone user and then in turn sign a response back to you, all on your videophone or computer screen!
